Due to continued business growth, Session is now looking for Magento developers to our offices in London, Sheffield, Liverpool and Manchester.

This is you…

  • You have an excellent knowledge of Magento, having used it on previous ecommerce sites
  • You are a self-starting coder, with great PHP skills
  • You have significant experience of PHP development, ideally from working in an agency environment
  • You have a computer science related degree, or equivalent experience
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are a strong team player, and have good communication skills
  • You are actively seeking an exciting new opportunity
  • You have an interest in and awareness of best practices in software development
  • You are able to regularly commute to our office (either London, Sheffield, Liverpool or Manchester) and/or to client locations, and you are eligible to work in the UK
  • Zend and/or MySQL certifications are preferred, but not required. However, we do require all new employees to become Zend Certified Engineers within the first few months of employment (at our expense)
  • Magento Plus certification would be a bonus

eCommerce Project Manager

Are you a spiffingly great Project Manager? Do you possess superior skills, and are you passionate about agile development?

If the answer is “yes”, Session Digital wants you. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in eCommerce to work in our West End office in London on a 6-month contract role.

About You

  • You have an excellent understanding of and passion for agile development methodologies
  • You have experience in managing eCommerce projects
  • You have a solid experience in managing (custom) software development projects
  • You are degree-educated (or equivalent)
  • You are familiar with terminology such as continuous integration, frameworks and Scrum
  • You have good leadership skills and want to improve further
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • You are able to regularly commute to our office in and/or to client locations, and you are eligible to work in the UK

  • You are also responsible for guiding, assisting, and motivating your team of developers
